We offer free shipping over $100. We also offer free local delivery in Windham NH.

We currently do not offer returns on supplements.

For skin care returns, please contact us at hello@spriig.co before 14 days of your purchase date*. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 1 week of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited.

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.

All of our products are shipped from within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when the label is created to print your order. It can take up to 2 business days for your order to ship after the label has been printed. Once shipped, delivery times will take 3-8 days.

If you do not receive your order within the delivery times listed, please reach out and let our team know so that we can assist you further. We currently do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
